would I volunteer?

would I volunteer to take a siblings or close family members place in the hunger games? If its my sister I would or my cousin but if its a far rellitive I probly wouldnt.

In panem the goverment is about as unfair as it gets. In panem citizens are dieing because the goverment dosnt supply food for the poor. The panem goverment make all 12-18 year old kids put there names in a raffle to be on a horrible game show called the hunger games. Its where kids fight to the death aginst echother and the winner will be supplied with money and food for the rest of his/her life. The panem goverment does to let the civilians no who is in charge and if the civilions ever try to rebel they will loose
